Pre-Event Timeline
Fundraising: Participation fees and London events:
We aim for a fee paying crew of 20 people. This process has started and will continue until we feel we have an acceptable competent crew.
April – First fundraiser
June – Second Fundraiser.
All prop design to be completed in London by end of April.
All printing to be completed in London by end of July.
All costume to be completed in London by end of July.
Collection of pre-ordered materials in Reno on Thursday 27th August
The bus and fuel will be shipped to arrive on the Playa by Sunday 30th August..
On-Playa Timeline
Set-up of camp and props commences on Playa Friday 28th August.
Bus stops will be built pre-playa and sited around the Esplanade on the Sunday 30th August. Sufficient crew will be on site pre-event for construction and placement of all structures.

DUST AND ILLUSIONS
There’ll be a film night fundraiser at The Horse Hospital in London on Aug 6th. Olivier Bonin. Popcorn. Booze. “Sody Pops”… Watch this space.
